Delivery & Collection Times Outdoors:
Please Note: All prices on our website are based on our standard day hire period of up to 6 hours. This may be longer depending on the number of bookings & delivery route for that day. It is common for us to deliver early & collect late during busy periods.
If you require a guaranteed collection after 5pm (no later than 8pm) then please be sure to select this option when making a booking with us. There is an additional charge for this service
Deliveries are made between 7am & midday. If your event is time specific then please let us know by using the time specific section on our booking form.
Latest collection times are as follows:
March / April & September 7pm
May / June / July & August - 8pm
1st October - 31st March - Indoor Halls & Venues Only
Overnight hire is available on selected items for an additional fee of £40. If you require a overnight hire please be sure to select this option at checkout. Terms & conditions apply.
Delivery & Collection Times Indoor Halls/Venue Hires:
We strongly advise calling us before making a booking for halls and venues especially during the Autumn & Winter months as delivery slots are limited.
Delivery and collection times are flexible. Please be sure to tell us the time you are able to access the hall/venue and when you need to vacate. There is a section on our booking form for this purpose.
Subject to access & equipment please allow 20 - 40 minutes either side of your event for set up/take down
