Delivery & Collection Times Garden hires:

Prices advertised on our website are based on our standard hire periods of up to 5 hours with deliveries made anywhere between 7am & 12pm and collections from 5pm. These are classed as 'day hires' Please note that your hire period does not start at the point of delivery unless specified. You will have a full 5 hour period and this starts from noon. Special arrangements can be made if for example your party or event is in the morning. Please let us know at the time of booking using the notes section. During our busy periods it is common for us to deliver early & collect late but this does depend on our collection route set for that day. For an additional fee the hire period can be extended.
Note: If your event finishes later than 7pm you will need to book a overnight or 2 day hire. Overnight hire is only available on selected items.

Overnight hire is available on selected items within a secured location for an additional fee of £40. Please call our office for more information.

Latest collection times are as follows:

March / April & September - 6pm

May / June / July & August - 7pm

1st October - 31st March - Indoor Halls & Venues Only No outdoor hires are available during this period.

Delivery & Collection Times: Halls & Venues:

Before making a booking for a hall or venue you will need to call us first. This is to ensure we are able to meet your timings. Delivery slots are limited.

Delivery and collection times are flexible. Please be sure to tell us the time you are able to access the hall/venue and when you need to vacate. There is a section on our booking form for this purpose.

Set up / pack down times:

Depending on access to the venue single items like bouncy castles take between 20 - 30 mins to set up / pack down. For packages it can be up to 50 mins. You will need to factor this in when booking your venue. It is advisable to add an hour on to each end of your event.

What your inflatable includes:

Your inflatable will include all necessary items including a blower, stakes or ballast, safety mats, ground sheet, up to 30 meters of extension cable protected by a RCD device.
